MHQ West in Chandler, Arizona is looking for Emergency Vehicle Technicians to join our team. Requirements
- Must be able to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen
- Must have a current, valid Arizona Driver’s License
- Must hold a high school diploma or equivalent
- Emergency vehicle technician experience preferred
- EVT certification a plus
- Ability to learn new technology, repair and service procedures and specifications
- Excellent customer service skills
- Basic computer skills
- Positive, friendly attitude, along with a customer service mentality
- Enjoy working in a fast paced environment
- Team player
Duties
- Perform work specified on the work order with efficiency and in accordance with EVT Standards
- Test-drive vehicles, and test components and systems, using diagnostic tools and special service equipment
- Communicate directly with the Service Advisor so that customers can be informed if any additional service is needed
- Provide an estimate of time needed for additional repairs
