Our technicians don’t just rely on past experience. Every year, they receive updated training directly from manufacturer representatives who introduce the latest technologies and installation techniques. This ongoing education ensures our team stays current with evolving vehicle models, new electronics, and advanced programming requirements.

Certification Matters: EVT and Beyond
In Arizona, one contract requires our technicians hold Emergency Vehicle Technician (EVT) certification. This certification highlights the specialized skills required to work safely and correctly on emergency vehicles. New Mexico currently does not require EVT certification. Still, ongoing manufacturer-specific certifications, such as those from gear suppliers like SoundOff or Federal Signal, help ensure our team’s expertise remains thorough and up to date.
